1. Provider Identification

This website and the services offered through it are provided by:

The She Who Rises (Jenny Cova)

Wengen, Switzerland
Email: [email protected]

2. Recorded Interactions Consent

By participating in any program, challenge, course, coaching session, event, or community hosted by Jenny Cova or The She Who Rises, you acknowledge and consent that live sessions, group calls, or events may be audio- or video-recorded for internal quality review, participant support, or marketing purposes (such as testimonials, highlights, or promotional materials).

Recordings are stored securely and may include your voice, image, or written contributions made during the program.

You may withdraw your consent to appear in any public-facing or marketing material at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected].
This withdrawal will not affect the legality of any use prior to the date your request is received.

3. Digital Footprint Notice

We may monitor participation within digital platforms (e.g., course portals, community posts, attendance logs) to ensure quality, verify eligibility for certificates, bonuses, or refunds, and improve user experience.
By enrolling, you consent to this form of participation tracking.

4. Email & Marketing Communication Consent

By providing your contact details, you agree to receive service-related communications essential to your program, such as schedule updates, materials, and reminders.

Where applicable, you may also receive marketing communications from The She Who Rises or Jenny Cova team.

All marketing messages include an unsubscribe option, and you may opt out anytime.

For UK participants, all communications comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

5. Consumer Rights & Refund Policy

5.1. Statutory Rights

UK Consumers: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase if digital access has not yet been granted or requested.
Once access begins or materials are delivered, you waive your right to cancel.

Swiss & Other Consumers: Swiss law does not grant a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, goodwill refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5.2. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital and experiential nature of our programs, refunds are generally not provided once access or delivery has begun.
However, we are committed to fairness and may review refund requests individually if exceptional circumstances arise.
All refund requests must be sent in writing to [email protected].

5.3. Special Program Guarantees (e.g., “Win Your Money Back” Challenge)

Certain programs may include a performance-based guarantee.

For example, in the From Fear to Freedom Challenge, participants may qualify for a full refund (“Win Your Money Back”) only if all the following conditions are met:

Attendance at all live group calls.

Attendance at the graduation call.

Posting of all daily reflections in the community.

Posting of all weekly Courage Challenges.

Submission of a Final Video testimonial showing before/after reflections.

Submission of a Final Reflection Form for feedback.

Requests must be sent within 7 days of program completion.

Partial completion or late submissions void eligibility.

Refund reviews take up to 14 business days, and approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.

We may request supporting evidence of participation or eligibility before issuing any refund.

6. Our Commitment Guarantee

Beyond statutory consumer rights, Jenny Cova and The She Who Rises offer an additional goodwill guarantee:

If you fully commit to the process — by attending sessions, completing assignments, and participating actively — and you do not feel a meaningful shift or improvement by the end of your program, we will either:

Extend your access to the program at no cost, or

Gift you additional bonuses or resources designed to support your continued growth.

This guarantee reflects our dedication to genuine transformation and applies to all programs and courses, unless stated otherwise in specific product terms.

It requires active participation as defined within each program’s engagement guidelines (e.g., attendance, submissions, or practice completion).

7. Data Protection

We process all personal data in compliance with:

The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP)

The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018

Data may be stored securely on trusted third-party platforms used to deliver services (e.g., course portals, payment processors, email systems).
See our Privacy Policy for full details on data usage and rights.

8. Cookies

Our websites currently use only essential cookies necessary for basic functionality and security.

If non-essential cookies (such as analytics or marketing tools) are added in the future, we will update this notice and request consent in compliance with applicable privacy laws (including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP)).

You can manage or delete cookies at any time directly through your browser settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, worksheets, brand assets, and written content are the exclusive property of Jenny Cova and The She Who Rises, unless otherwise credited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or use these materials for commercial purposes without express written consent.

10. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Reproduce or redistribute content without permission.

Record or share sessions without consent.

Use community platforms for solicitation, coaching promotion, or unrelated business.

Engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruption within program spaces.

Violation of these terms may result in removal without refund.

11. Liability Limitation

Our programs are provided “as is.” While delivered with care and professionalism, we do not warrant uninterrupted access or guarantee outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be limited by law (e.g., for negligence or fraud).

To the maximum extent permitted, The She Who Rises or Jenny Cova team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

However, if you are a UK consumer, you also retain the benefit of your country’s mandatory consumer protection laws.

Any disputes shall be handled before the courts of Wengen, Switzerland, unless mandatory local laws specify otherwise.

13. Complaints & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

We are not currently obliged to engage in ADR and do not subscribe to a provider.

UK consumers can find more information about ADR options through the Chartered Trading Standards Institute: www.tradingstandards.uk.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published here with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
